1966 Ford Mustang Hardtop 200 6 cylinder This is a 1966 mustang that is used for Daily driving, It has a manual 3 speed transmission that came out of a 1967 Mustang, so this transmission is much stronger than the original 3 speed that would desecrate the first time you missed a shift. The engine is a 200 6 cylinder that was rebuilt a few years ago, so it has the harden valve seats in the head for unleaded gas. It also has the solid state Pertronix Ignitor installed for worry free driving. When the engine was rebuilt new water pump and fuel pump was installed along with plug wires and distributor cap. The alternator, starter relay and starter have been replaced. The engine runs great and should give many years of service. The paint is good for a street driven mustang, it is not perfect but it looks good. I do know it had a quarter panel replaced and the driver’s floor pan. New carpet was installed when the floor pan was done and still looks great. New dash pad, door panels, seat covers, Instrument cluster, arm rest and arm rest pads were done in the last two years and they still look like new. A CD/player was installed in the trunk. The car is really a great first time buyer Mustang that can be driven and enjoyed, It is not a show car that you can not drive it, it would be great for a person that wants a Mustang to drive without putting out a lot of Money for there first collector car.
