1970 Ford Mustang Mach 1 Description: 1970 Mach 1 351 2 barrel H code A/C P/S P/B Tilt Wheel This is a 1970 mustang mach 1 with a 351 Cleveland 4 barrel motor. M code 300 HP with an aluminum intake and aluminum valve covers. It has a Holley dual feed carburetor and chrome air cleaner. Intake is Edelbrock performer and it also has a Mallory distributor and coil and has the Taylor plug wires. The oil pan is chrome and has chrome headers. Motor was rebuilt including harden valve seats for unleaded gas. Performance cam was installed along with roller timing chain. The 3 angle valve job and mild porting was done also. New valve springs and high volume oil pump. Motor has approximate 200 miles. A/C works and nice and cold. The C6 transmission is rebuilt at the same time as the motor. Interior: New Deluxe black { mach 1} interior, new carpet, new scuff plates, new door panels, headliner and dash pad. The weather stripping around the doors and the roof rail and trunk has been replaced. And that is including the beltliners or window felt inner and outer. Console is nice and the am/fm cassette radio and speakers are new also. The tilt wheel works great and what a great option! Exterior: The paint is very slick and just great! The car was stripped to bare metal and etching primer and sealed. The best primer was used and the two stage base coat clear coat paint was used, the paint is sharp. The color code is 1 which is calypso coral which was available on the 70 mach 1. New bumpers front and rear and new front and rear spoilers were installed along with new door handles and new ford taillight doors. All new Mach 1 letters on trunk. Chassis: Has been cleaned and restored for street driven class. The dual exhaust is new with after market chrome tips.The upper and lower control arms and spring seats and all tie rods and been replaced and the front and rear shocks are new also. The car just drives great. The power steering has been rebuilt and drives like it also. The tires are new Hoosier radials with new set of 15x7 magnum 500 wheels.
