1984 Ford Ranger

1984 Ford Ranger Truck This truck is not for the faint of heart. This Has a 347 stroker motor 500 hp.

Motor is a 1990 302 full roller motor stroke out to 347, a eagle crank and rods stroker kit was used along with a set of forged JE pistons, which was balanced and blue printed, by Carolina Machine Race Shop. Block was bore 30 over comp cam has a 627 lift and the duration is 254-260. Heads are edelbrock that has been ported and polish and match up to the Edelbrock Super victor intake. The holley carb. is a 750 double pumper. The oil pan is a milodon deep sump. It also has a Howe radiator and a MSD Billet distributor and 6AL MSD box. ARP bolts were used completely.

Transmission is a new tremec 5 speed with a Lakewood blow proof bellhousing,The rear end has mossier axles with 4.57 gears 8 3/4 Chrysler posi track.

Wheels are weld racing 15x15 Tires are 29x15.50r15LT Pro street on the rear and 205x70R15 BFGoodrich on front.

Body is very straight, very nice paint and the interior is very nice also including new bucket seats and carpet.

It has run in the quarter MILE 11.43 and in the 8th mile mid 7 nds. NO GAS JUST HORSE POWER. This is a well built truck for street or strip. With the 5 speed it makes it very street able. There was over 25k spent on the truck.
